Earth work in embankment by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (For initial lead beyond ½ Km and up to 4.00 Km and for all lifts)

Supply of Non Woven Geotextile of 200 GSM.

Labour charge for laying Geo fabric sheet as filter bellow pitching including anchoring and complete as directed.

Supply of Articulating Block Concrete Lining Fabric Form / Geotextile Mattress Grouted with Cement Mortar Type 1 with narrow breakable necks connecting one block to another (as per technical specifications enclosed).The Articulating Block Fabric Form with narrow breakable necks connecting one block to another shall be procured from the manufacturer of the product directly. Proof of manufacturing facitities with photos and copies of relevant industrial permissions/license to be submitted along with bills / tender as documentary evidence. (AB 600- With Unidirectional Cable)

Providing, Supplying and Pouring of Grout in Articulating Block Fabric Form as mentioned in Cl. No. 3 & 4 (above) using Grout mix , that shall mix shall exhibit a minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm at 28 days, when made and tested in accordance IS: 516. The sand/cement ratio shall be determined by mix design and flow of grout using (Flow Cone Method) shall be maintained between 3.18 to 3.88 l/m or as per approved designs or as per the directions of Engineer – in – Charge.

Providing and laying of Plain Cement Concrete M-15 grade for anchor as per approved drawings or as per the directions of Engineer – in – Charge.

Providing underwater divers for installation of Articulating Grout Filled Mattress System

Construction of temporrary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart driven at atleast 0.75 m below ground and height above plint 2.5m. Split Jatti bamboo wall mud plastering white washing 2 coats, 10 cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame placing at 0.15 m clear apart fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire etc compple as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos./ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00 nos./ Rm)

Supply and installation of end bearing active anchors (Type- Anchor - 1.4MT capacity) and of minimum length 3.0 m , made out of high tensile cables as per approved drawings or as per the directions of Engineer – in – Charge.

Earth work in excavation by hydraulic excavator, to proper grade and slopes as required including utilizing the spoils for filling works in the vicinity including removing roots & vegetation, dressing to design section complete as directed.

Collection and supply of sand from approved quarry of specified grade for construction work free from debries and other foreign material including payment of forest royalty /sales tax etc

Supply of Geo-textile bags (size 1.03X0.70M), inner dimension made of Geo-textile non-woven fabric sheets of 400 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fibre having thickness not less than 3.00 mm

Supply of Sewing Thread/Yarn PPMF Stitching Thread (2000 Den. Kaplon) i/c payment of taxes.

Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03m X 0.70m including excavation of sand from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand havingminimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly as directed.

Carriage of Geo Bags of size 1.03 x 0.70 m including loading & unloading , Stacking cost of P.O.L. ,etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman completed as directed.(Distance to be calculated with respect to FOR Guwahati)

Supply of Ordinary Labour inclusive of all taxes (for installation, unloading and other ancillary works)
