REPAIR MAINT OF COOLING APPLIANCES OF HQ CAC AREA AND CONNECTED AREA OF NORTH CAMP RMU SU AT AF STN BAMRAULI UNDER GE AF BAMRAULI

Taking out and servicing of window/split type air conditioner cap- 1.5/2.0 Ton incluiding cleaning/removing all dust/mud, oil and other foreign particle with compressed air/water jet from grill, screen filter at indoor unit and condenser fin, evaporator fin at outdoor unit using detergent solution or chemical solution, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts shall be measrured & paid separately under respective items.

M & L for flushing, pressurising the system , leakage testing, vacuumization and charging with refrigerant R -410/R-22 /suitable as per requirement after rectifying leakage in the system vaccumising and dehydration as per standard practice including testing in all respect for folowing capacity split type air conditioner, complete all as specified and directed. (a) 1.5 Ton Capacity

(b) All as per serial item No. 2 here in before but 2.0 Ton Capacity.

S & F in replacement of following items for window/ Split AC of any capacity: (a) Compressor for AC Capacity- 1.5 Ton for window/split AC (as per site requirement) as per existing, complete all as specified and directed. Make/LG/Voltas/Carrier/Tecumesh as per existing.

S & F in replcement of Compressor for AC Capacity- 2.0 Ton for window/split AC (as per site requirement) as per existing, complete all as specified and directed. Make/LG/Voltas/Carrier/Tecumesh as per existing.

S & F in replcement of Starting Capacitor 80-100 / 100-120 MFD, complete all as specified and directed. Make : TESLA/ Godrej or Equivalent make approved by GE, as per list of makes mentioned in Appx 'F'.

S & F in replcement of Running Capacitor 36 MFD/ 45 MFD, complete all as specified and directed. Make : TESLA/ or Equivalent make approved by GE, as per list of makes mentioned in Appx 'F'.

S & F in replcement of Screen filter of air conditioner of cap - 1.5 / 2.0 TR, as per existing make, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replcement of Starting relay suitable for window and split type AC, complete all as specified and directed. Make: SRIRAM or Equivalent make approved by GE.

S & F in replcement of Thermostatic switch suitable for window/split type AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of existing make, complete all as specified and directed.
