Strengthening and reconditioning of 10 sets of pontoons boxes for installation of pump sets in different locations of mines premises of Dipka Expansion Project.

Amount

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead or as per instructions of Engineer Incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel as required in stringers, treads, landings etc. including use of chequered plates wherever required all complete as per instructions of Engineer Incharge.

Welding charges for providing additional support/ strength to the pontoon boxes.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for two or more coats.

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 12 nos. 2). Truck, Iron and steel will be provided by the Department. 3). Industrial gas, welding machines, welding electrodes, tools and tackles etc. will be in the scope of Contractor.
