Section A (Civil Work)

Providing and Fixing double skin aluminum partition with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make, weight not less than 1.60 Kg/meter conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. with 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board and float glass panes of 5 mm thickness along with beading, gasket cover etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Removing & Re-fixing Top & Bottom rail door ( Existing Confertence room doors)

Dismantling existing Gypsum board partition along with grid frames etc. all complete and disposing it to suitable location within lead.

Providing & fixing 2mm thick three layer anti static flooring with copper base strip at the indicated location in the block.

Providing and fixing White board of size 3'x3' thickness not less than 6 mm, back coated with approved shade and colour.

Providing and fixing Pin board of size 2'6'''x2'6'' thickness not less than 6 mm, back coated with approved shade and colour.

Providing /Fixing aluminium door handle with anodised tubeler section .

Providing /Fixing brass lock with complete safety provision in the door

P/Fixing double action hydraulic floor spring along with floor cutting, grouting, fixing cover plate etc. all comp

Providing and Fixing of Frosted Glass film for fixing on existing window and aluminium partition glass in required pattern . Thickness >1 Mil Visible Light Transmittance not more than 4% from approved brand & manufacturer all comp.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete .

Removing the old and damaged Rubber gasket in the aluminium frame and fixing new Rubber gasket at the glazings with proper finish all comp.

Providing and fixing glazing in glass in aluminium door, window, ventilator etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge .

Providing Painting with acrylic emulsion paint over the prepared surface in two coats to make it smooth finish.

Providing and applying 2 mm thick plaster of paris putty over the plastered surface to make it even all comp.

P/F Wall paper at desired locations in Lab of approved Make , design and pattern. Wall paper shall be applied after proper preparation of surface with adhesive as per Manufacteres specifications.

P/Fixing Granite stone skirting 100 mm wide inside the blocks with 18 mm thick granite stone with 1:4 cement mortar and desired pigment where ever required.
