The entire in-situ process shall be carried out in a single pass including pulverizing of soil/aggregates/combination or milling of existing asphalt pavement and simultaneous mixing with pre-spread binder (cement/additive) and water to the desired depth. The resultant stabilized mix shall be compacted using a vibratory padfoot compactor of 14-20 tonne weight as per design depth and then graded to the required profile, level and thickness using a motor grader. The graded surface shall be then compacted using a smooth vibratory roller to achieve the desired proctor density as per IRC 37-2018 and complete in all respects including curing with water as required including all materials, labor, machinery, etc. Necessary graded stone aggregates shall be added by pre-spreading with cement to achieve desired gradation and profile of the road.
