Integration of INSAT, GSM & GPRS data with the existing State Data Centre (SDC) at SAS Nagar, Punjab with all ancillary equipment as per technical specifications

Installation of Iron Cage of size 1m×0.61m×2.15m (as per site condition) along with lockable gates for external protection of Sensors and DCP at Low Dam Sites RTDAS as per technical specifications as mentioned in Schedule of Requirements.

Development of rating curve/stage discharge curve at a river site in the first year and updating and/or verification of developed rating curve in the subsequent years (2nd, 3rd and 4th year) as per technical specifications as mentioned in Schedule of Requirements. (Continues activity for four years and Rating curve shall be revised/updated annually).

Fiveyears Operation & maintenance and comprehensive warranty for entire RTDAS system with Telemetry as specified in Schedule of Requirement with telemetry along with accessories installed at designated locations under this contract after final acceptance of RTDAS System. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. The licence fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall be borne by purchaser.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.
