Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl. cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S & F galvanised 2 stranad steel barbed wier 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbed at 75 mm spacing s and straing and fixing to any type of standard rail strain -ing Bolt , including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pine etc including dismantling the old barbed wire, complete all as specified & directed

ditto all as per item no 07 above but restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc.

Excavation in post hole(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat bar 40x5mm size in required length incl drilling holes for bolts notching for wire etc (for securing wire mesh etc.) conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape as required, including straghtening etc as required in horizontal bar for securing chain link fencing complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long - 11 to 15mm Diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long - 11 to 15mm Diameter of neck complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface n exe 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier.

M& L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,mitred stopped ends etc

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type B2 using 40mm graded stone as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone as in floor finishes the surface even and fair, making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone) as in floor laid in alternate bays, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition or brick work of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement morter including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and precasted concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks stright or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for random rubble uncoursed stone walling well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

M&L pre cast cement concrete bonds using PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of stone bonder and set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) This item is applicable for item No 9 & 10 herein before only. (b) No deduction in volumes as well as in rates shall be made for PCC bond incorporated in random rubble masonry.

Raised pointing to random rubble uncoursed stone masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) in coping and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement finished fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement .

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete work even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( ISI marked )

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered) by brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified & directed .

All as per item No 37 above but on ceiling

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of external wall by brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood over 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of cement base paint.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast Cement Concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated soil to a dist n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5m above the starting point

M&L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick (mea sured solid) and setting in mortar 1:4,including necessary form work and mould complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete.
