Taking out of old serviceable / unserviceable PVC under ground LT cable of any size and type fixed on pole, wall or laid in floors, trenches, across road crossing etc ,including taking out of cable covers of precast PCC / RCC slab or brick cover etc setting aside serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse and or unserviceable materials consider as schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i). Dismantling of clamps nuts bolts etc, taking out of GI pipe in cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. ii).Cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of floors / walls in cement mortar 1:3 shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoated . However cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of roads with PCC and hard core filling is out of scope of this work and shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item 20 of this schedule.

Note:- i). Handling of UG cable to working site as ordered shall be carried out by the firm and rate for the same shall deem to be included in the unit rate .

Laying only of serviceable LT UG cable of size 120sqmm,3.5core and type in trenches, floors, across road crossing, or fixed on poles, walls, or passing through pipe, cable obtained from item No. 09 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i). Handling of UG cable to working site as ordered shall be carried out by the firm and rate for the same shall deem to be included in the unit rate .

Laying only of serviceable LT UG cable of size 185sqmm,3.5core and type in trenches, floors, across road crossing, or fixed on poles, walls, or passing through pipe, cable obtained from item No. 09 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i). Handling of UG cable to working site as ordered shall be carried out by the firm and rate for the same shall deem to be included in the unit rate .

Laying only of serviceable brick / PCC slab cover obtained from item No 10 here-in-before for cable protection cover laid width wise along length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Steel or concrete poles/struts any size incl transporting for credit.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, final taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of FRW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 ( 9 meters long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of LT UG cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The Rate quoted deemed to including cutting and removal of PSP Sheets wherever occured during excavation and the same shall be staged at desired location as directed at site

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/road/plinth blocks of LT poles etc incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Cutting through existing road surfaces i.e. surfacing PCC soling etc, and making trench of minimum 500mm wide 100cm in depth along the cross section of road for laying of pipes or UG cables, including returning filing in, well ramming & removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & repairs to road surfaces to match with existing specification after laying the pipes/cable etc. all as specified & directed.

Cross arms ,bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts ,washers,welding ,bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and as dorected by Engr in charge.

S & F cable route indicator made out of 50 x50 x 6 mm angle iron, 60 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter LT CABLE suitably inscribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia complete incl neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and spreading (thickness as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) dry/loose coarse aggregates (granite, trap, Basalt), grading I, 90 to 40 mm or grading 2, 63 to 40 mm size, including well ramming, under 2/4 pole structure including cleaning and uprooting the wild grass and other vegitation, complete all as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6)including dismantling of unsv brick work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6) complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing light grade 50mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing light grade 80mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium thimbles in replacement suitable for under ground LT cables of following sizes including cutting of exsting burn/dammaged cable after disconnecting from existing position ,extending the cable from cable loop including neccesary earth work and reconnecting the same of size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of tree branches of any girth along HT/ LT OH lines & street light pole at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole. Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract or as when directed by Engr in charge. A fine of one time quoted rate per running meter will be deducted if the over growth is found along the pole all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
