Periodical Maintenance of Deula to Kulida road for the year 2026-27

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m including cost of all labour T&P etc. required for the work complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the E-I-C

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with 60/70 grade Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three whell 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10sqm including consolidation with PRR, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil including transporting to site, dressing, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth including sectioning & cambering, compacting by HRR / ramming, labour ,T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing P.C.C. (1:3:6) with 4cm size h.g. metal of approved quality in foundation upto depth of 1.50m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including hoisting laying concrete, cost & conveyance of materials, labour ,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing PCC M-30 grade with 20mm & down grade h.g. chips of approved quality including hoisting laying concrete with cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T & P royalty, taxes, watering, curing etc.complete & as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
