Improvement such as widening and strengthening of Kendrapara Marshaghai Road from 6/200 km. to 8/493 km. including approach road and Junction Development in the district6 of Kendrapara under State Plan for the year 2025-26

Clearing grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes shurbs saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to used etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm. and disposal of scarified materials with in all leads and lifts and lead upto 1000 mtr. etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited from roadway cuting with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 km. spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works(5th Revision).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and as per Clause -305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(5th. Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works(5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surfce and spraying primer @ 0.6kg. per sqm.using mechanical broom as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.2kg. per sqm.on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects
