Comprehensive maintenance of 09 Nos , 08 passanger lifts (With Make of OTIS-05 Nos and Supriya Elevators- 04 Nos), regularly and systematically including inspection adjustment , repair, renewal or replacement of machine motor and controller parts including worn, bearing gears, brake,magnet coils, LED cabin Light, door rollers & door shoes Limit Switch, Read Switch or break motors break shoes, emergency light alarm system,OSG governors, brushes, windings, commutators, rotating, elements, contacts, coil resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets frame and mechanical parts safety device and governors guide shoes, guide roller, gibs, wire, ropes etc., as directed and as per written direction of Govt lift inspector and lubrication as required including emergency call service and over time examination etc., complete all as specified & directed . Location : FMCC Block No- 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 13,14,15,16

Comprehensive maintenance of 3 Nos , 08 passanger lifts (With Make manufactured by OTIS-03 Nos), regularly and systematically including inspection adjustment , repair,renewal or replacement of machine motor and controller parts including worn,bearing gears, brake,magnet coils, LED cabin Light, door rollers & door shoes Limit Switch, Read Switch or break motors break shoes,emergency light alarm system,OSG governors, brushes, windings, commutators, rotating, elements, contacts, coil resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets frame and mechanical parts safety device and governors guide shoes, guide roller ,gibs, wire,ropes etc as per the direction of engineer-inchrge and as per written direction of Govt lift inspector and lubrication as required including emergency call service and over time examination etc complete all as directed . Location : GTE Block No- 23, 24 & 25.

Comprehensive maintenance of 4 Nos , 13 passanger lifts (With make manufactured by Escon Elevators and - 04 Nos), regularly and systematically including inspection adjustment , repair,renewal or replacement of machine motor and controller parts including worn,bearing gears, brake,magnet coils, LED cabin Light, door rollers & door shoes Limit Switch, Read Switch or break motors break shoes, emergency light alarm systems,OSG governors, brushes, windings, commutators, rotating, elements, contacts, coil resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets frame and mechanical parts safety device and governors guide shoes, guide roller, gibs, wire, ropes etc., as directed and as per written direction of Govt lift inspector and lubrication as required including emergency call service and over time examination etc., complete all as specified & directed . Location : MAP Qtrs Block No- 22,23,24 & 25.

(vi)Cost of all minor item/equipment required for repair/replacement for maintenance of lift is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) Major spare parts if any found defective during the period of contract to be replaced as catered hereinafter and shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items. (viii) The contractor is responsible to carryout periodical routine checkup through once in a month as directed to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of the lifts in all respects and also lift to be checked during breakdown & happen on same day to ensure functionability of lift. (iv) Penal recovery @ Rs 1000/- per day will be recovered if lift is found unserviceable for more than 24 Hrs . (v) Third party damage due to malfunctioning of lift shall be the responsibility of the contractor rates are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply & Fix in repair of car operating panel (COP) PCB for the operation of lift car as suitable for controller system sutaible for 8/ 13 passenger lift G+5 =6 landing installed at block matching with existing complete including UPS, Batteries, etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Landing operating panel (LOP) PCB for the operation of lift car call button as suitable for controller system sutaible for 8/13 passenger lift G+5 =6 landing installed at block complete including UPS, Batteries matching with existing including stainless steel faceplate/push button if required during replacement all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair floor announcement system with a new voice annunciation unit complete with english, hindi and kannada all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair ARD Battaeries 12 volt 18AH suitable for 13 passenger replacement with new batteries matching with existing complete all as specifeid and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair door drive suitable for motor capacity 1 HP matching with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair full Height infra Red Beam sensor of suitable capacity for 8 passenger lift (544 Kg capacity), G+5 = 06 landing installed matching with existing complete all as specified and as directed.
