Shifting of main tank of 132/33KV, 20MVA T/F from unloading place to plinth including turning of tank if required at 132KV sub-station Khalilabad, Distt. Sant Kabir Nagar

Complete erection of 20MVA Transformer by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushings, its turrets connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer and associated oil pipe lines etc. The work also includes with first filling of oil and topping it up to 3/4th of its main conservator tank and attending the oil leakage if any, and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work. All men, Crane and T&P will be provided by Contractor.

Centrifuging of complete transformer oil of 20MVA T/F by connecting centrifuging valve, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine, taking the BDV values of the oil periodically till the required value of the oil is achieved as per direction of Supervising Engineer. All T&P, labor, centrifuging machine shall be provided by the contractor.

Making new delta earthing with 03m long M.S. electrode for earthing of neutral bushing and connecting with earthmat by MS Flat of Proper Size. (MS Flat Shall be Provided By the Department Free of Cost) as per standard norms.

Earthing of main tank of 20MVA Transformer by using M.S. Flat of size 75x10 mm, its jointing with already laid earth mat/deltas. This work also includes with painting of earthing strips with one coat ofred oxide and two coat of Bus Green synthetic enamel paint, excavasion of turfing, its back filling and repairing of turfing if required etc. M.S Flat will be provided by department at free of cost.

Erection of 132/33KV Transformer Control and Relay panel in control room including its grouting and earthing and other associated work.

Erection of RTCC Panel of 20MVA, 132/33KV Transformer in control room including its grouting and earthing and other associated work.

Erection of Apex Energy Meter Panel of 20MVA, 132/33KV Transformer in control room including its grouting and earthing and other associated work.

Erection of main and auxiliary structure incld. shifting of all structure parts nut bolts etc from store to work site with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Laying of following size armoured/ unarmoured cables from Relay/control panel to various equipments and between equipments to equipments including providing and fixing of cable tie of suitable size to knot cable to trech rod

Termination of Control cable as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in gland plates, supply and fixing of ferrules and lugs for each wire of cables and its termination at both end

Cutting straiting and bending of 50x6mm MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structures, equipment structures and equipment with main earth mat below 500/700mm ground level incld excavation of trenches its back filling, welding , painting with bus green synthetic enamel paint etc with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactory.

Raising height of ALP Structure for 33KV LA by fabricating, cutting welding of existing structure parts to maintain minimum desired clearance of conductor from T/F main tank.(IF REQUIRED)
