Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

P/F uPVC corrugated square shapped rain water Gutter system of approved brand with standard width 220 mm, standard length 3 to 5 mtr which will be jointed with inbuilt socket in each gutter with necessary adhessive solvent, standard depth 160mm, standard outlet 110mm of minimum capacity of 20 ltr/ mtr for a catchment area upto 5000 sq.ft. of one sided roof area. The side beadings on both sides should be provided to ensure strength and durability including non corrossive and rusting clamps made of uPVC all complete as directed by EIC.

Providing cement concrete surface drain in given average size with 100mm thick bed concrete with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) 150mm thick both side walls with 1:3:6 cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) i/c 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with floating coat of neat cement inside the drain and its top and exposed surface including earthwork in excavation and disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50m.

Providing and fixing C.P. Brass two way bib cock for hand jet spray connection of approved brand and quality conforming to IS: 8931:

Providing and fixing stainless steel perforated circular jaali of approved brand and quality for bathroom floor, wash basin and other similar areas and fixing it with floor tiles with white cement and cleaning the area as required etc. all complete.

Constructing of Septic Tank with cement concrete wall suitable section with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) complete 20cm thick including precast R.C.C. top 10cm thick slab with 1:2:4 concrete 20cm thick foundation concrete 1:4:8 inside plastering 12 mm thick water proofing cement 1:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement including RCC baffle wall 10cm thick 1:2:4 mix including 100mm dia C.I. tees for inlet with terminals. Two CI manhole covers 80x610mm size total with not less then 38kg with framed fixed in RCC slab and M.S. foot rest for manhole at 30 cm c/c complet as per design drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
