M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorescent salts, treating oil and greasy spots and applying of one coat of oil bound distemper on walls all as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on walls with steel wire brushes etc., and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty having average minimum thickness of 3mm of make JK / Birla / Jenson & Nicholson / Altec on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes by scraping down old decorative surface with steel wire brushes and removing smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts including filling of spots with POP and applying three coats of white wash on old surfaces of ceiling all as specified and directed.
