Dismantling of stone set paving of any description or thickness in laid dry or laid dry and pointed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Excavating in trenches in soft or loose soil n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

Removing excavated material exc. 50m but n exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L 150 mm thick (Spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone 100mm to 50mm size (granite/trap/basalt) interstices filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonne vibratory power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse agg of stone (granite/trap/basalt) 63 mm to 40 mm size for 1st layer & 50 mm to 20 mm size for second layer spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-12 tonne vibratory power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of unsurfaced water bound mecadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) with bituminious primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-30) with bituminious primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-mix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mixing shall be done from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver.

M&L bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix and mixed cement as inert material laid with mechanical paver ,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne pnemetic power roller, complete all as specified and directed. (Mixed shall be obtained from HOT MIX Plant)

M&L preparation of new/old surface of Road and applying 1.5 mm thick 100 mm wide reflective resign thermoplastic paint hot application of approved colour/make, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eyes of size 90 mm x 110 mm white or yellow colour ABS material body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in duo direction of make sun eye/3M/protek approved by GE and fixed eith two component epoxy hardner and resin /HT nail as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.
