The dumping site is to be arranged by the contractor himself. The work shall be executed in a workman like manner and avoid any damages to occurs to any private/government property in the vicinity of the work site. If any damages occurs to any property and not stored by the contractor shall be recoverable from the contractor to the extent of damage.
