(e) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed . (f) Polymeric membrane shall be inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing and sealed with paving bitumen Incl cutting of brick wall upto depth of 50 mm and finished with cement concrete (1:2:4) 12.5 mm aggrigate (g) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for cool roof antislip tiles 300x300x10 mm with high SRI value not less than 90 laid over existing treatment on accessible roof and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm dia GI pipe, medium grade as in spout pipe in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepared surface of sunken slab and applying an avg 75 mm thick PCC M20 (nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound with proper slope shall be laid to a slope of 1:40 towards spout on RCC slab and 15 mm thick Plaster in CM(1:3) mixed with water proofing compound on vertical/horizontal faces when PCC is still green. Material & labour for factory made pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors single rebated including mild steel 04x hinges (02x top,01x middle and 01x bottom) medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for factory made pressed steel frame of size 125mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel 08x hinges (04x top,02x middle and 02x bottom) medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of concrete by chiseling from RCC members ( up to 4 Storey Bldg) like column , beam, parapet facia, chajja, ceiling,etc exposingthe reinforcement without disturbing the reinforcement free from rust by sand blasting/using chemical , apply a coat of rustolin to remove rust and acralic polymer on old rusted reinforcement proving at places addl reinforcement welding with existing reinforcement as directed wherever required binding RCC 50 mmx50 mm (10 mm gauge welded mesh ) & tack , securing with clips / blinding wire, welding & provision guniting pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg /sqm with admixer 1 cement 3.5 of sand of thickness 25 to 40 mm including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control neccssary form work & scaffolding up to four storey and including height of head room complete surface of guniting to be finished fair with 10 mm thick plaster with chicken wire mesh in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement and recron 3 S as per manufacturer instruction cleaning & removing of waste meterial etc as dirply two coat of Dr fixit /pidilite/sika/Fosroc new coat ezee at interval of 8 hours cure for the surfaces complete all as spd as directed

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over a coat of waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the new plastered surface (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down with sand paper and stopping of painted surfaces including preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, fascia, face of columns, beams etc. and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion ncluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over a coat of waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the old plastered surface (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall etc, including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of 1mm thick double coat wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
