M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up Resistance Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine with an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with performance warranty from Manufacture and instructions complete all as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in floor, finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Double charged, vetrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. fixed with tile adhesive, pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured of tiles, complete.all as specified and directed.
