M&L for sand cushioning including spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to thickness of 50mm (minimum) for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Taking down existing water proofing membrance and cleaning roof, plastered surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster by brushing with wire brush and fanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces on roof in CM with 1:3 mixing 3% integral WPC by weight of cement and WPC measured and paid separately

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 40 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified & directed with the followings :- (a) Apply bituminous based primer confirming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm. (b) APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core of weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm in two coats over APP membrane
