Repair, Maintenance & overhauling of HT (11 KV) VCB of capacity 250 MVA 1 incoming and two outgoing complete after taking out trolley, checking of all fixed and moving parts for smooth operations, cleaning with CTC or CRC 226 and rustlick, air blower, replacement of minor parts, checking and repair to locking system, alignment & closing / triping & charging system including replacement of FRP phase barier and providing re-insulation to bus bar with HT tape, repair to heaters and making the complete VCB functional with free and operating mechanism, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts against item No 1.02 to 1.06 here-in-after, if replaced, will be paid as supply only rates and cost of labour shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item (No 1.01).

(a) Supply only Indicator LED type, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Supply only rack out gear assy for VCB tripping system, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Supply only Auxiliary switch NO/NC suitable for 11 KV HT VCB as per sample, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Supply only of Shunt trip coil 24-30 Volts DC suitable for 11 KV VCB, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Supply only HTCT cast ESIGN ratio 100/50/05 Amp for VCB, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing HT bushing insulator complete with brass stud washers & nuts etc, for transformers of capacity upto 500 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing LT bushing insulator complete with brass studs washer & nuts etc, for transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing LT bushing insulator complete with brass studs washer & nuts etc, for transformer of capacity 150 KVA to 500 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing breather assembly complete with fresh silica gel for trnsformer of cpacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA, complete all as required and directed.

Supplying and fixing breather assembly complete with fresh silicagel for trnsformer of cpacity 300 KVA to 500 KVA, complete all as required and directed.

Supplying and filling, silica gel to transformers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing Oil level indicator of suitable capacity as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 25mm bore pipe and fixed, complete all as specified as directed.

Filteration & Dehydration of HV grade transformer oil (On line/off line), minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60 KV at 4 mm gap and upto 40 KV 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Oil filteration machine with all T&P & testing equipment required for filtration shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the department.

Supplying and filling transformer oil confirming to IS-335183 having dielectric strength upto 60 KV at 2 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Make : Servo/Power/Castrol

Material and labour for Painting to transformer of any capacity upto 100 KVA from outside after cleaning of exposed surfaces by sand blasting or steel grit blasting, with one coat of priming paint followed by two coats of high voltage insulation paints conforming to IS and as per existing colour including writing MES No/SM No, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting to transformer capacity 150 KVA to 500 KVA from outside after cleaning of exposed surfaces by sand blasting or steel grit blasting, with one coat of priming paint followed by two coats of high voltage insulation paints conforming to IS and as per existing colour including writing MES No/SM No, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing & testing, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing & testing, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing & testing, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing & testing, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20 mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4 Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include galvanized earth lead wire and protection pipe of length 7.5 m, excess beyond 7.5 m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Material and labour for Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. on porcelain insulators on roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. on porcelain insulators on roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm buried in ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing pre-casted RCC earth pit cover (for replacing broken/ unserviceable pit cover) including cleaning the surronding area (60x60x60 cm), complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & fixing porcelain supporting insulator of existing size / adequate size fixing on wall / roof for insulating and supporting the lightning arrestor strips to protect during lightning, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brazing (soldering) on Copper strip of existing earthing/lightening arrestors including strip cleaning complete at various locations, all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables & foundation of poles, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials/ Soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed, complete, all as specified.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick (punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised pipe 'light grade' 80 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised pipe 'light grade' 50 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm, 3 core underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 95 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade as in repair, laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc incl taking out old, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, install, test and commissioning in replacement factory made tested (Including CPRI type tested certificate ) LT panel board cubical outdoor type of size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.40 mtrs, plate mounted suitable for 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire,50 HZ AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on external surface and painted internally with two coats of red oxide primer, with provision of rear opening with apran for cable entery, closing/locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 4.0 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size etc all as directed with the following fitments:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt 250 amp rating bracking capacity 36 KA incoming (Adjustable Overload 40-100%). (b) Bus bar: Providing suitable size of Bus bar of aluminium 400 amp rating with coloured heat shrinkable insulated sleeves 415 volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator

Supplying and fixing switch air break, triple pole, gang operated, outdoor type, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel channel frame with all fittings & accessories like channel, angle, nut, bolts and washer etc, with 25 mm bore GI pipe as operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level, including drop out fuse unit assembly, 11 KV grade, for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including locking arrangement for opertaing handle incl all fixing arrangement, including taking out old GOD, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of four pole structure incl replacement of Pin insulator, conductor jumper, male female connector complete with nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of the same items etc complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of HT PCC pole with 1 coat of Cement base paint upto 1.5m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30cm each) and 2 coats of aluminum paint to chanel, bracing ,clamps GI pipe fittings etc as per site after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos, with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing of transformer capacity upto 100 KVA and shifting from site to workshop for repair, opening in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, taking out coil and detaching core & core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts, cleaning/washing of tank and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, shifting to site and re-fixing in position after repiars, with and including provision of cork sheets, making connections, including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply and fixing of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and removing of transformer capacity 100KVA to 500KVA and shifting from site to workshop for repair, opening in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, taking out coil and detaching core & core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts, cleaning/washing of tank and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, shifting to site and re-fixing in position after repiars, with and including provision of cork sheet, making connections, including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Supply and fixing of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rewinding and testing on load of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

Supplying and fixing copper winding coils of required size with super enamelled superior quality copper wire of suitable size on primary side of transformer (HV side) and specification, complete with insulation, varnishing, vaccum impregnation and baking of coil assembly etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling old unserviceable PCC pole 9 metre long, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantalling cross arms of MS channel etc., complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantaling insulator any type and size, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantaling stay assembly, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantaling ACSR conductor off any sizes, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of 04 nos heavy duty wheels of size 12" x 3.5", provided of which 02 shall be castor (connected with two bar) and 02 fixed castor including all nut, bolt and washers, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of MS channel of size 100x100x5mm & MS angle of size 40x40x4mm to give extra tensile strength including all fitting and fixture, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supplying and fixing wheels castor of size 12"x3.5" with bearing of size 6205 including outer and inner tube including greasing with all fitting and fixture, complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO EXTENSION TOWER ALUMINIUM LADDER IN 2 FOLDS (16+16) FOR 02 NOS LADDERS:-

(a) Dismantling /opening the unserviceable old perished wheels of the extension tower type as per existing aluminium ladder, complete all as directed.

(b) Supplying and replacing wheels rubber type of size 12" x 3.5" as per the existing wheels including provision of suitable bearing NO 6205 and connecting up and making serviceable for the smooth running of extension type ladder, complete all as directed.

(c) Supplying and replacing steel wire rope of size 8 mm connecting up with winch and ladder to move it up and down, complete all as directed.

(d) Supplying and replacing pully block as per sample as approved, complete all as specifed and directed.

(e) Material and labour for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and directed.
