Supply of 4/3.5 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes. (Havells/ Goster/ Polycab/ RR Kabel) 4 Core 10 Sq. mm [ NS ]

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed 10 Sq. mm [ 1(a)/ F- 2 ]

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/ pavement/ wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc. [ 5(i)/ F- 3 ]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below 4 Core 10 Sq. mm [ 7 (c)/ F- 4]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials as per direction of EIC. 4 Core 10 Sq. mm [ 8b(xi)/ F- 5]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 25 mm dia [11(a)/F- 6 ]

Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. 32A [4(a)/D- 3 ]

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finishand GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriageof pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Upto 9.0 mtr. S & F 40 mm. dia. G.I.(M) 1.0 Mtr. Long arm bracket for fixing flood light & neccy connection by 2x 1.5 sq mm Cu wire incl. painting with two coats of RO primer as per direction of EIC. [NS]

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming & 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat [4a(i&ii)/H-2 ]

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint [H(5)/H- 5 ]

Fixing outdoor type fluorescent/SV/MV light fitting on pole including S&F 40 mm dia x 1.68 mts. long GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) bracket with 40 mmx10 mm thick, MS clamp etc. and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated and sheathed wire (single core) from loop box at the base of pole to light fiting through pole & bracket (without control switch) including making connections & painting [H(4)/H- 5 ]

SITC of Glow Sign Board:- i) Supply and fixing of 7 mtr. height angle iron frame fabricated from 40 mm x 40 mm square four nos hollow bar with cross and radial support including one no 40x40 mm angle iron support in the middle for the Sign board of following size with suitable three nos. crosss angle support welded with 4 nos angle hook in equal space for fixing on the structure with all necessary welding and fabrication. The structure shall rest in both sides with proper welding as per instruction of EIC. ii) S&F LED Sign Board made 3 mm thick ACP Sheet (Alstrong/ Aludecor) finished with approved metallic colour as back ground (blue) after router cutting. The riser structure also shall be covered with ACP Sheet.& appx 6-7 inch depth (Both size ACP sheet) iii) S&F Special type of imported acrylic English letter appx 50 mm thickness flushed on the ACP board made on imported acrylic ACAST sheet. The following letter font shall be in horizontal line as iv) S&F SMD LED inside the board and to run for each letter including wiring , soldering etc and fixing the SMPS properly with the specification of the SMD --- 1. Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/ floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [ 5(d)/G-3]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil) as per GS [1(a)/G-1]
