Supply and errect in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP- 31 (09 mtr long) in repair with 300mm x 300mmx6mm mild steel plate continiusly welded to pole, final taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embeded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strip each 30 cm high with super enamel paint ( Black and yellow) from ground level / coping upto 1.5 mtr, painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaning height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC in foundation, copping, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of sch.

Note : (i) Electrical connection from switchgear to bus bar would be through aluminium strips of suitable size. (ii) The internal electrical connection for measuring instruments would be through multi-stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size. (iii) The termination of incoming and outgoing cable into and from switchgear would be through properly crimped aluminum lugs of suitable rating incommensurate with that of switchgear. (iv) Cable glands would be provided for incoming & out going cables in panels. (v) The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the above item. (vi) The panel is to be fixed with Angle Iron Frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with bottam of panel having minimum 60cm height from existing ground/floor level.

Decarbonizing of LT indoor/outdoor Panel/feeder pillar box any type removing unserviceable MCCBs, burnt busbars, unserviceable indicator lamps, unserviceable Ammeter, unserviceable Volt meter , replacing burnt, damaged bus bar of any size and fixing proper hanging front and rear openings, welding of hinges including welding of broken MS sheet using extra sheets replace burnt thimbles with new existing size thimbles replacing with new MCCB, incluidng dismantling the existing connected cables and re-connecting the same cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : (i) MCCBs,Bus bars,indicator lamps,Ammeter, Volt meter, will be measured & paid separatelyunder relevent item .

Servicing of APFC panel cleaning, tightning of connections, setting programme, testing of CT'S including caliberation of APFC panel and replacing unserviceable capacitors, capacitor contactor, breakers, power factor controller after servicing testing panel and achive power factor of 1.00 all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Capacitors, capacitor contactor, power factor controller measered and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of the Canopy/ Frame/ Exhaust Manifold/ Silencer of DG Sets complete degreasing and spray painting the same with two coats of approved synthetic enamel heat proof paint upto 100 Degree celcius of approved shade complete all as directed.

Taking out turbocharger from 160KVA/100 KVA DG Set of any make model, cleaning/removing dirt and impurities particles of turbo charger impeller and replacing damaged parts, washers, nuts and bolts and including rectifying leakages completely for effective function of DG Set and re-fix in same position and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of lub oil tank and replacing the old gaskets and refixing at original position including checking and repair to leakages in the engine side, replacement of unserviceable gasket complete all as directed
