Taking down and Re-Laying LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 120 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/polesincluding taking out old unserviceable/ serviceable bricks/cable covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Re-Laying HT UG armoured heavy duty electric cables 11000 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 95 to 185 Sq mm 3 core laid in trenches or fixed on poles including taking out old unserviceable/ serviceable bricks/cable covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2, flat size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing and servicing two/four pole structures comprising of following works :- (a) Dismantling the ACSR jumper connection from Air break Gang operated drop out fuse end lightening arrestors etc from the two/four poles structures, replacing the complete jumpers in to new with ACSR conductors including connecting with suitable thimbles connections/binding/PG clamps and providing monoplast compound over binding/thimble connections b) Removing the complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers and replacing with new bolts, nuts and washers (c) Disconnecting the AB switch knives cleaning and servicing by lubricating the moving parts terminals with petroleum jelly. M&L for painting of PCC pole (Cross arms, clamps etc) with 2 coats of aluminium paints and including preparation of surfaces and painting upto the height of 1.2 m pole 9 m long with 2 coats of synthetic enameled paint including preparation of old surfaces and making colour bands and rewriting the pole number complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of tubular/ rail pole (Cross arms, clamps etc) with 2 coats of aluminium paints and including preparation of surfaces and painting upto the height upto 9 m pole with 2 coats of synthetic enameled paint including preparation of old surfaces and making colour bands and rewriting the pole number complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of vegetation surrounding transformer, two poles, four pole structure at various sub station / E&M installation and remove to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as directed.

Cutting /trimming of tree branches upto 80 mm girth along LT/HT OH electric lines which or growing /touching or falling on ACSR conductor /poles or near by sub stns etc at any height from GL and making sufficient clearance not less than 1.5 mtr from ACSR conductor/ poles/ structure and taking down the same on the ground carefully avoiding the damage of and removing to a distance including stretching of conductor as required where directed by Engr - in -charge. Note :- Tree cutting will be maintain for periodisity for three months depending upon the grougth of three branches.

Re-Streaching of Aluminium reainforced condutor by opening from insulators and refixed with streached complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LT line PVC spacers spiral type for two/three/four line (separator) complete all as specfied and directed.

Supplying, laying and spreading of 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT 11 KV underground cable with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as directed. (Note : excavation used for fault find out included in the quoted rate.)
