Supplying and drawing co-axial TV cable RG-6 grade, 0.7 mm solid copper conductor PE insulated, shielded with fine tinned copper braid and protected with PVC sheath in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 1 run of UTP 4 pair CAT 6 LAN Cable in the existing surface/ recessed Steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

SH:III Light Fixtures and Fans

Supply of LED Well Glass Light Fixture made of single piece pressure die cast Aluminium housing and Poly Carbonate Clear/Milky shade lens to avoid glare including driver compartment with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W and minimum Lumen Output of 4000 Lumens, suitable for operation in 140 – 270V AC supply, LED Colour Temperature from 5700K- 6500K with minimum 50000 burning hours life, operating at a temperature of -10⁰C to +50⁰ C, IP 20 protected, complete as required and meeting the techno commercial specifications.

Supply of 3 kW high-grade magnesium oxide insulated copper element Instant Electric Water Geyser of minimum 3 litres storage capacity made of inner tank of high-grade 304 Stainless Steel and Rust-proof high-quality polymer constituents outer body with all standard accessories such as pressure release valve, ISI marked thermostat, disc type snap action safety device and anti-siphon protection etc., as required.

Supply of LED Aviation Obstruction light in cast aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure as per ICAO standards.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of length upto 60cm with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan Upto 450 mm sweep in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of light fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

SH:IV Lightning Arrester

Supply& Installation of Vertical Air Termination solid Aluminium with base- 16 mm dia and 1000 mm long. Air Terminal Base should be tested for conditioning, Ageing Test & Lightning impulse current withstand test: 100 kA of 10/350μs waveform.

SH: V FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UL / EN listed Modular Microprocessor based expandable intellegent Addressable Type Fire Alarm Control Panel of 1 loop, with minimum 80 character graphics / LCD display with touch screen or other keypad and minimum 200 events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM) ,The panel should be equiped with loop capacity to take minimum 240 intellegent addressable detectors/ devices (In any combination ) in one loop. The panel should operate on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed maintenance free lead acid batteries sufficient for 2 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency / fault conditions along with battery stand as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed intelligent addressable multi criteria detector {Smoke + heat } with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed intelligent Addressable type Heat Detector (Fixed cum-rate of rise type) with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base with max.triggering temperature programable from 58 degree C to 69 degree C complete with all fixing accessories like base, base box, self adhesive sticker indicating loop number and address etc. to be installed below /above false ceiling, roof and concealed space, etc. interconnecting to loop cable, etc. as per specification complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed intelligent addressable Manual call station (Resetable pull / push type) suitable for semi flush mounting, IP 54 for indoor use & IP 65 for outdoor use with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with double gang outlet box, equipment for key operated test-reset lock, electronic or rotary switches for address setting. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be made out of LEXAN (or polycarbonate equivalent) with clear operating instruction and the word Fire appearing on the front complete with connections etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL / EN listed loop powered addressable Hooter-cum- strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with adjustable sound level in the range of min. 90 db to Max. 120 db at 1M distance complete with termination etc. as required and as per enclosed specification.

Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed Monitor Module / input module with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module (for monitoring different electrical / mechanical device etc) as per specifications.

Supplying & laying of 2 x 1.5 sqmm XLPE Insulated FRLS sheathed armoured cable of 1.1KV grade with annealed copper conductor conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ISI marked (IS:15683) Fire Extinguisher, Carbon-di-oxide type capacity 4.5 Kg. Flat base including valve, discharge hose of not less than 10 mm dia, 1M long and complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS:307-1966 and walll suspension braket complete as required & as per specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6kg ABC (Powder Type) Fire Extinguisher, in Mild Steel Cylinders ISI marked, fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC 90 powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket complete and conforming to IS:15683 as required and as per specifications.

SH:VI SITC of Submersible pumps

SITC of 3HP 3phase borwell type submersible pump set, water filled cooling typewith SS strainer, SS body, noryl impellers using anti friction bearing, energy efficient type operated on 415V 3phase 50Hz power for installation into 6-inch dia. Bore well (Maximum borewell depth 300 feet) along with the supply and installation of suitable size NRV, Butterfly valve, GI flange, Holding Clamp for pipe including all accessories as per site complete etc., complete as required.{Make : Kirloskar model no. Supply and laying of 3 core 4sqmm copper flat PVC insulated and PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors 1100V, conforming to IS 694, suitable for installion with deep borewell pump of suitable length etc as required.

SITC of 3HP/2.2 KW DOL starter panel with single phase preventor, overload & dry run protection, suitable to operate with 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC power supply including all accessories etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 50mm B class GI pipe in the existing borewell of 2"/1.5" dia, along with supply and installation of suitable size GI coupling, GI elbow, Nipple, heavy duty 16mm Nylon rope etc. including cutting, pipe fitting (elbow, flange valves, clamps etc) complete as required.
