SPL REP/REPLACEMENT AND REROUTING OF OH ACSR CONDUCTOR INTO UG HT CABLE AND CONN WKS AT MS VIHAR SUBSTATION TO JAK LI AND SPL REP/REPLACEMENT AND REROUTING OF OH ACSR CONDUCTOR INTO UG HT CALBE AND CONN WKS FROM NEAR 118 ENGR UNDER GE (S) AKHNOOR

Dismantling/ Taking out existing ACSR conductor any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Insulators like 11 KV HT, Pin type, Disc type from existing Electrical Poles/ 2 pole/ 4 pole structure of any description and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable PCC poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/ if required) and made good disturbed Ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of UG cable / pole/ Stays etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and exc. 1.50 Metre but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type- 1, Flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT 11000 VOLTS ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles etc, including Formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete for coping of pole, stay foundation etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as Lean Concrete for road finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay test and commissioning HT XLPE cable, insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with multistaranded aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11000 Volts "E" grade, cross sectional area 3 core x 95 sqmm (Earthed) laid in trenches/ ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium condcutor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable straight through jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium condcutor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) with necessary excavation, foundation and coping including applying two coats of of exterior weather proof paint of approved colour to pole and to MS cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets etc with two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer including Synthetic enamel Painting in alternate lines of Yellow & Black Strips min of 6 Nos (each Strip 200 mm wide) at bottom of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, Cement Concrete etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

M & L for Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of aluminium primer one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of lightning arresters nominal discharge current Peak 65 KA rating, suitable for operation on HT 11000 volts system, comprising of zinc oxide disks, electrodes, fibre re-in forced composite structure, non tracking weather resistant shedded heat shrinked polymeric housing for withstanding from the effects of pollution, rain, heat and with moisture seal , stainless steel bolts and nuts, stainless steel end fitting cups and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Gang operated Isolating Switch 11 kV Triple pole vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps, 15 insulators, incl drop out fuse assy complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loop type insulator, porcelain vetrieous white or brown, with overall dimensions of 65mm x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14 mm dia, 40 cm long (over all) galvanised stay rod 20 mm dia 215 cm long with threaded ends GI nuts, bolts, washers, stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick 2 Nos of thimbles, MS clamps made out of 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron complete including stay wire 7/8 SWG complete all as specified and directed including necessary excavation and earth work and PCC 1:3:6 all as shown in electrical plat No.1 of SSR-1991 Part-I (PCC and earth work, loop type insulator, stay clamps shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule) including taking down existing old unsv stay assembly ccomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregrate ) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 11 KV CABLE /MES embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 cms including necessary earth work, PCC and paint (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice plates made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white letters, figures, and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 100 mm bores of tubes 'light grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete with electric pole, laid in trenches for passing of XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F tubes for protection of cable, 'light grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors of size 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road surface or hard standing, bituminous topping 15 cm but not exceeding 30 cm girth for laying of pipes/ Cables and making good distrubed surface with PCC to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting of 11 KV/ 433 Volts transformer out door type including all necessary HT/ LT connections of both side, earth terminals and taking down carefully from Two/ four pole structure/ Platform mounted etc and shifting of transformer at new location of substation and installation on two pole structure or PCC platform etc including connceting incoming HT and LT line complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M & L for construction of plateform for single transformer of size 3.00x2.50x1.20 metre high from natural ground level with brick walling including steps XPM fencing fixed on angle iron posts upto 1.20 m height with gate and locking arrangement, painting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strep 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board as indicated including testing complete. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead. (iii) The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted. (iii) The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 109675.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
