Supplying and fixing in position of flex board made of ploy vinyl chloride sheet of various sizes and fixing with drawing pins, double side tap etc, with necessary scaffolding arrangements etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of flower decoration charges, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, scaffolding charges and all other incidental charges etc.
Labour and hire charges for cloth covering the stage alround except front portion by using fire proof and rain proof GI corrugated sheet supported by MS frame structure of size 13 cm to 15cm dia with necessary scoffolding arrangement etc.,and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges, fixing charges and all other incidential charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for providing metal barricading arrangements using mild steel pipe framed type enclosure of size 3.05x 0.95m should be provided in all places and tied with coir rope etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes hire charges for material, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, making charges, and all other incidential charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
