Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surface of wall built in cement sand mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered or concrete surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” Old size bricks, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement sand mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Cement Concrete [Un-reinforced] in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness [below or above ground level] complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor over rammed earth

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in floor surface finished even a smooth with using extra cement complete and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 18-22mm thick machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab (550x550mm) flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete including rubbing and mirror polishing complete over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) as bedding layer. Note:- Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer.

M&L for 18-22mm thick machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab in tread and riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:3) backing /bedding coat including rubbing and mirror polishing complete. Note:- Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
