Fabrication of Sign Board having Aluminium back frame size 3650x1070x70 mm. Fixing of above Sign box on the Substation roof by proper fixing of angles on both side with help of cement , sand , brick mixture in the ratio of 1:3:6 and 12 mm thick plastering over it including providing of necessary electrical connection with all cost of men , materials and T&P etc.

Fabrication of Single Line Diagram Glow sign box of 220 KV Substation Hata , Kushinagar of 5'x5' x3/4 using 24 SWG GI Sheet and PVC Flexi print sheet and painting of diagram as per design provided by Supervising Engineer at site including providing of illumination tube rods inside the sign box and its fixing in the Control Room premises and providing of necessary Electrical connection with all cost of men ,materials and T&P etc.

Providing and Fixing , Hoisting of Key Board of size 3ft x 2 ft made wooden board covered inside by valvet cloth and also having arrangement of hanging key with proper fixing arrangement to be fixxed in Control Room . The Key Board covered with glass having curtinal specification , locking arrangement as per Tech fully covered with 3 M venyle sheeting of red color . The letter should be computer cutting white color as per Technical Specification.

Providing and Fixing , Hoisting of Telephone Number Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft made wooden board with side bidding and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in Control Room . The face to fully covered with 3 M Venyle sheeting of red color . .The letter should be computer cutting white color as per Technical Specification.

Providing and Fixing , hoisting of Battery Maintenance Board / Mulsifyre System Operation and Maintenance Board of size 4' x 3' using wooden board and writing of maintenance instruction as per details provided by Supervising Engineer at site and its fixing in the Control Room of 220 KV S/s Hata , Kushinagar with all cost of men , material and T&P.

Providing and Fixing , hoisting of Maximum Load in Amp. Display Board of size 6 ft x 4 ft made of hard plastic body . The face to fully covered with 3 mm plastic sheeting of red color with holes and plain sheet on back side with duly 25 mm wide aluminium strip side bidding and with proper fixing arrangement fo be fixed in Control Room along with Numbers and Letters in White color of various sizes (As per sample and Proforma) .

Fabrication of Metallic Board Name Plate using 14 SWG 36" x 8" size MS Sheet board , its complete painting in Yellow color using synthetic enamel paint and writing of various Feeders / Bay Names of 220 KV S/s Hata , Kushinagar in 3" size (Height ) and border of board in 1/2 " size redium sheet of red color and fixing of the Name Plate on respective Bay , equipments by making hole of required size with proper size Nut , Bolt with all cost of men , material and T&P etc.

Writing of Bay / Feeders name on 220 / 132 KV Circuit Breakers of 3" size (height) and border of board in 1/2" size using redium sheet of red color after background painting in Yellow color using synthetic enamel paint with all cost of men , materials and T&P etc.
