the following items are to be supplied by the successful bidder as per terms and conditions of this E-rate Contract. All Taxes and charges are included in estimated rate. Hence, Bidder should include all taxes and charges in tender premium amount.
Supply & installation of INVERTER system complete with Specifications and Guarantee \ warrantee - For 2 year from the date of supply onenverter and 3 year onbattery and when etc as required. Parameter - Minimum Technical Specifictions; 1) The inverter system shall consist of the following - a) conveter \ Rictifier b) Battery charger c) by -pass switch; 2) The design of the iverter should be based on - Pure sine wave inverter of Lumivinous/Exide/Sukam/ Microtek/Amara/ Raja or other Reputed Brand; 3) input voltage sould be - 110volts to 280 volts; 4) input Frequecny - 50 Hz +/- 10%; 5) Output volage shoud be - 215 volts+/-10V; 6) Output Frequency should be - 50 Hz +/-0.5%;7) The load 20 milliseconds; 9) Protection - Battery over charge, overtemperture,short circuit , mains MCB Tripped, Low Battery Votage; 10) Overall ifficiency of inverter should be>80% ; 11) Retransfer to inverter - should occur automatically when overload / cause of invertor trip is removed; 12) There must be built - in limiting featues to make the inverter short circuit proof -There should be mechanism installed; 13) Charging -the charger should have the facility to charge the batteries within 10-12 Hours from total descharge; 14) The inverter shall have the following protection features, supervesory indecation, controls and metering - Protetion against 1, inverter under/ over voltage 2. Output short circuit 3. MCB for input on / off Metering; Digital panel meter/ LCD panel meter duly calibrated, upto 1.5% accuracy class to indicate 1. input/ Output Voltage 2. input output A.C.current 3. output frequency (digital) 4. D.C.Battery voltage / D.C Battery voltage / D.C. charging / discharging current; 15) Noise level should be < 55 db; 16) Batteries- 1. Tubular batteries 180 AH each specificially 2. Recommended for use with invertor, Topping up of batteries should be done by seller quaterly or earlier if necessary 3. with suitable rack to house batteries 4. the Battery should be reputed brand.
