Demolition of Brickwork or concrete block/stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for block masonry wall usng solid blocks of precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggt block , 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar(1:6) as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for block masonry wall usng solid blocks of precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggt block , exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar(1:6) as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 300 mm bore, laid and jointed with cement mortar 1:1 complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick for laying floor finishers complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Prepolished coloured cement concrete chequered tiles with glazed finished of size 300x300x25mm thick and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade of the tiles as in paving/foot path etc as required complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using etra cement, as plinth protection/paving/footpath complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath, hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including finishing the joints, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified as directed.

Materials and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses , lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought course masonry in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.
