PROVN OF HARD BLACK TOP ROAD FROM SKP-I CREW HUT TO REAR GATE OF 1 ASSAM UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

Excavation over area not exc 1.5mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M & L for removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from the starting point.

M & L rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling including embankment etc complete with power road roller exc 8 tonne but n.exc 12 tonne etc complete all as directed.

M & L soling (or sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stone filled interstices 150 mm thick spread thickness surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required gradient and camber all as directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam complete laid in two separate layers each layer of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) having graded stone aggregate (Granite, Trap & Basalt) of grading II ranging from 63 mm to 40 mm, hollows blinded with and including screening with moorum, watered, consolidated and compacted each layer separately to the required gradient and comber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as specified

M & L preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and mechanical compresser for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compress to remove all loose dirt etc. on unsurfaced water bound macadam all as specified and as directed.

M & L using paving bitumen VG-10 grade, applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sq.m. laying by mechanical sprayer

M & L for 50mm thick (compacted thickness) premix bituminous, macadam with 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as directed.

M & L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Paving bitumen VG 30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber complete laid with self propelled mechanical pavers & rolled with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller & compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour including glass beads confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
