Development of Open Space for Child Friendly Initiative at Sikharchandi Nagar in Ward No. 02 in BMC North Zone Area

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within 50 mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr in depth and as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Fly ash bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure including cost of materiais, labour, royalty, conveyance. Tools And Plants water for curing etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Super Structure

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting, laying, watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing M.S reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting, bending, binding, and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work including cost of all materials,labour,T&P etc all complete

Providing, spreading, laying on road surface and compacting, proper camber layer of paver inter locking blocks minimum 60 mm thickness and inscribed machine mixed and compacted having crushing strength not less then M30 including filling the interstices with sand, watering, brooming, bliding and consolidation with wooden hammer as per OPWD specification and relevent code including cost of materials, conveyance, royality, labour, cess, T&P required to the work etc. complete to finished items.

Labour for fitting and fixing MS door & windows grills as per approved design including cost of fitting
