Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per Standard Specification

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of RCC jolly work including cost and conveyance of all materials at work site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing FRP door shutter with frames made out of FRP Sheets of 3mm thick of over all size 65mm x 50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flats, cost of hold fasts and solid core FRP shutter Panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of 3m wall thickness for styles and rails etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement four P-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vitrified Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick of walls and floors and pointed with the same colour cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Special Delux Model Glazed Cascade Type Parryware / Hindware / Equivalent Wall Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank with all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) with 10 litres capacity flushing tank with all internal dual flush fittings with normal seat cover

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Paintinting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with suitable MS box to house the controls witch regulator flush with wall and covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open conduit fan point (for rheostatic type fan regulator) [ SD No. 8 ]

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm polythene insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty SC.Copper conductorof 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains[SD NO. 54]

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and Delivery and Fixing of HDPE Tank 500 Litre capacity as per IS 12701 / 1996 ( Lotus Gold ) Excluding Loading , unloading , Transportation and Labour Charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting , threading and fixing charges etc., as directed by departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of the following size of PVC pipes and UPVC pipes with ISI specification as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyence the same to the departmental store etc complete as per standard specification.

Earthwork excavation for Narrow Trenches (having less than 0.60m width) in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete.

Lowering various size of PVC rigid /pipes and special to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste and testing to the required pressure including conveyance of water for filling during testing
