Demolishing of old lift including all fitting & machinery of machine room and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (a) Single leaf

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Engraving line in the plaster of the outer face wall vertically and horizontally to display the surface as s directed by the engineer -in-charges including labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work in the proportion recommended by the manufacture.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (Area of slab above 0.50 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on ceiling to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand & manufacture such as Berger,J&N, Shalimar, Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters & also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material & sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. (Inner walls)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint or approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing & fixing Stainless steel sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc complete. (a) 250mm x 16mm.

Providing and fixing stainless steel towerbolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete (a) 250 mm x 10mm

Providing and fixing stainless steel handles with screws etc. complete (a) 125 mm
