Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic Polyprophylene modified polymeric membrane waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular-High Density polyethylen (HMHDPE) film consisting of 5 layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surface by cleaning throughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including evenly a tack coat of hot industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m incl one coat of bitumen primer 0.4 ltr/sqm over 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 with wpc @3% by wt. of cement. The overlaps between super multipolyplus are minimum 15 cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per maufacturer's directions.

Material and labour two coats of Aluminium Paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm on above of APP Membrane complete all as specified and directed incl preparations of surface.

Material and labour for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on roof with grey cement and no pigment. Over 15 mm, screed bed CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (1) Application of Two component Acrylic modified cementitious coating (aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and oil coatings concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and dry other from of surface contamination. The installation instruction in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following:- (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/Perma latex SBR/FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex/Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vaccum pressure if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal-107/Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO. (dd) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal-107/Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO/ of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions (ee) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab1/ FOSROC/ Dr Fixit /STP whilst the first coat is wet. (ff) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic Modified Cementitious Coating of Sika Top Seal-107 Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO of viscosity as per maufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (hh) The water proofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface.

(jj) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8 Hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (kk) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed appropriate Integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. Admixture : Sika Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4, cement sand mortar admixed with Sika Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture : Sika Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. (ll) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a Woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of Make Sika Seal Tapes/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (mm) The membrance has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (nn) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised. (ii) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by eposy sealant. (iii) AIl CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (minimum 15 cm ) All-round. (iv) The sunken portion shallbe filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specifed. (v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long ) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note:- (i) Items No 11.00 (iv), (v) & (vi) shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Plan area (wall to wall/wall to beam/beam to beam) shall be measured & paid. No seperate measurement for vertical surfaces shall be accounted & quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm stone agg in sunken flooring complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fix of drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to exisiting wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring for laying floor finish complete all as specified.
