Dismantling, removing and carefully stacking the carpet from the floor, cleaning the area and clearing away the same from the premises etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work.

Labour charges for dismantling and removing the table provided for legislative assembly setup in multipurpose hall and stacking them for reuse without any damage including head load from 3rd floor to Ground floor as per the instruction of the departmental officers at the site of work. The rate also includes for removal of table top frill cloth, foam sheet, side flex with frame arrangements etc., complete.

Cleaning the glass partition both with cleaning liquid , wipers with moving aluminium scaffolding 4'-0" x 4'-0"to a height of 50'-0" feet with heavy ladder arrangements including labour charges etc,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for dismantling and removing the wooden platform base of size 4' x 4' with gallery arrangements provided to legislative assembly set up in multipurpose hall and stacking them for reuse without any damage including head load from third floor to ground floor as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work. The rate also includes charges for removal of wooden base from 3" to 24" depth, bolts and nuts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work.

Renewing the damaged manhole cover slab of size 800mm x 800mm with new one(Heavy Duty) of approved make including cost of labour and conveyance charges etc., complete complying with standard specificfation and as directed by the departmetnal officers.

Labour charges for Cleaning the Underground Sump of 250000 litres capacity with necessary hand brush, coconut broom, pumping the silt water with help of motor, cleaning with fresh water and spreading with bleaching powder, including hire charges for motor and fuel charges etc complete.,complying with standard specification as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Labour charges for cleaning the OHT 50000 litres capacity with necessary hand brush coconuts broom Removing silt and waste water, cleaning with fresh water and spreading with bleaching powder etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Renewing the damaged and broken steel framed partition using M.S Hollow box section 50 x 50 mm @ 2.40m c/c and horizontally 1.10m c/c and welding the joints and grinding the welding portion and the panels should be fixed with PPGI sheet upto 2.49m and the balance portion will be covered with weld mesh 1' x 1' and painting the frames and weld mesh with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work.

Renewing the damaged and broken PPGI Sheet door using frame alround and center using 40mm x 40mm x 4mm and center 2 nos and welding all the joints with welding machine and grinding the joints with grinding machine and over that fixing the PPGI sheet with self drilling screws and fixing the shutter in position with heavy iron works and butt hinges 3" - 3 nos and 2 nos of iron oxide and tower bolt of 16mm dia of 450mm and door handle - 2 nos and heavy lock arrangements and all the joints including painting two coats of SEp over one coats of primer etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work.

Renewing the damaged and torn wallpaper with new one of approved quality and colour and fixing the same on the wall with necessary fevicol paste etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work.

Renewing the damaged and broken counter top wash hand basin bottom shutter with 19mm thick antitermite water proof plywood shutter and frames and sides and fixing the shutter in position with cabinet hinges adjustable type and 2 nos of magnetic lock and fixing the shutter with both sides with 1mm thick laminate shutter of approved colour and quality and fixing the same with necessary kondivitta paste etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing in position EWC seat cover of approved quality including labour for fixing etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing the 110mm stainless steel gratings in position with a new one of approved quality and make etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
