Maintenance of landscaping work of Urban Park Sector 17 Chandigarh

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) Open Spaces ( (1 Mali for 3.00 Acre)

Maintenance of beds manuring/fertilzation weeding hoeing watering planting of shurbs including spraying of insecticide and presticide as per site. The replacement of dead shrubs/ plants if any to be doe as per requirment for a period of one year will be borne by the contractor i.e. whole plantation work at site to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. Hedge cutting (Normal Hedge) upto 1.2 Meter height

Fertilizers, i.e. 60% = 3.714Qtl

Urea/DAP i.e. 40% = 2.476 Qtl. Total = 6.19 Qtl

Miscellaneous items (i.e. Insecticide, pesticides, vermicompost, Ground Covers, seasonal bloomed flowes, brick tile, hirmchi, white stone, sand & 04 Nos. PVC hose pipe etc. As per site requirement
