Disconnect and remove the un-serviceble micro process based control panel of chiller package AC plant MAKE BLUE STAR / voltas / Carrier / dhanbush of various capacities and remove the unserviceble PCB and supply and fix new PCB to micro process based control panel and refixing to chiller package and programing to the entire panel to run the smooth functioning, testing complete all as directed (work should be carried out through OEM)

Disconnection of existing module adaptive control clear language display keyboard, supply and fixing with testing new of module adaptive control clear language display keyboard of TRANE R series chiller plants. Works will be executed through OEM of make Trane (Note : It is deemed to be understood contractor has visited the site before quoting the rate.)

Leak testing of the system with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating of the existing gas from the system in to empty cylinder by separating the entire system like compressors, condensers, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying of the leakage including cutting welding, brazing etc and reconnecting with ‘O’ rings, washers, gaskets etc flushing out the Nitrogen and vaccumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas complete all as directed to AC plant of various capacity AC plant.

Disconnecting & isolating the compressor of Bluestar YORK make and model JS 94 of 120TR from the system at CSL AC plant, evacuation of gas flushing out the system with Nitrogen, separating suction, discharge, liquid lines. Opening the compressor, removing all internal parts & cleaning thoroughly with soap solution, replacing the worn out parts viz piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV / SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, Nylon nuts, gasket sets etc with new ones and reassembling the compressor unit, checking of electrical and electronic controls, set points and adjust to the facory levels gas / oil charging, testing for oil pressure, leak testing of the compressor and testing the compressor complete all as directed as under :- Note: Supply and charging of oil, Refrigerant gas and the spare parts will be measured and paid for seperately under relevant items.

Disconnecting and opening of the flooded screw compressor at AVC building of make Blue Star model after pumping down of the system inspecting of the cables of the motor end and control panel end of the terminations of the screw compressor, Inspecting of the conductor, cutting and removing of the burnout end portions, reterminating, reconnecting back of the compressor motor connections at both ends all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Refrigerant gas for toping up, spare parts and labour charges shall be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting and isolating the screw compressors of TRANE make of 75 TR capacity at MEMS building electrically and mechanically from the system after pumping down the system, opening othe end cover gear system, checking of the high speed gears, low speed gears, male & female rotors (asymetric rotors), bearings, overhau ling of the same, replacing of the wornout, unserviceable spares like trust anchor, roller, tapers, Gasket set, reassembling, refixing back to the system, flushing of the system with dry nitrogen (N2), charging of the oil, checking of the oil pressure, leak testing, gas charging and testing of compressors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spares, oil and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately.
