Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified. Note : A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater for bulkage irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking out/down damaged/unserviceable LT UG XLPE cable of size 10/16 sqmm, 4/2 core from trenches/ drawn through pipes etc., after necessary electical disconnection complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissiong LT under ground, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade confirming to IS, laid in trenches, ducts, passing through pipes or fixed to wall with suitable clamps/saddles etc., including cable glands, terminal socket and connecting of size 2 Core x 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissiong LT under ground, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade confirming to IS, laid in trenches, ducts, passing through pipes or fixed to wall with suitable clamps/saddles etc., including cable glands, terminal socket and connecting of size 4 Core x 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying common burnt clay, building bricks, sub class 'B' designation 75 and laid in trenches for cable protection as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading in layers, clean, dry, fine stone dust in trenches for cable cushioning to LT UG cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying galvanised steel pipe 40mm bore dia light grade including all fittings complete laid in trenches or in floor, for road crossing/fixed on wall/on pole for protection of LT UG cables all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix street light panel for 24 hour digital timer switches, three Phase having contactor 32 Amp - 01 No, TP and MCB TPN 40 Amps - 01 No fitted inside in suitable steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells cat part No IHXTS03060 or equivalent in L&T/Schneider Electric Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of suitable size steel enclosure as directed

Material and Labour for cutting bituminous/concrete road width not exceeding 40 cm and depth not exceeding 60 cm for laying of pipes on road crossing for cable protection and making good with cement concrete 1:2:4, type, B-2 (using 40mm garded stone agregate) not less than 150mm thick to match adjacent surfaces over a layer of 150mm thick hard core of broken stone or boulder (granite/basalt/trap) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, watered and rammed size including returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soils and removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x600mm, 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level and filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal surrounded all sides 15cm thick (minimum)and connecting electrode with galvanised iron wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made up of galvanised iron or steel and protected by light grade 15mm dia galvanised iron pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, GI funnel with wire mesh, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit with cover made of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqm with handle and angle iron frame, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule part-1 connected to test point terminal all as specified including taking down old earthing & testing new earthing on completion all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs weather proof junction box of Make: Sintex model GSJB 3020 complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of panel mounted connector 4 pole 16 A - 1 No, MCB SP 6A 10 KA - 01 No and suitable size flanged type brass cable entry glands with IP 65 conforming to IS and with necessary fixing arrangement on street light pole complete all as directed.
