Taking out the old damaged / broken / sunken (avg) 100 mm thick stone flooring including sorting out the serviceable material & disposal of malba by head load lead app. 100 mtr etc complete

Providing & laying 1 :2 Lime concrete in foundation & floor portion with stone aggregated ( 20 to 40 ) mm down size & 50% of lime mortor 1:1:1 ( 1 Lime : 1B.Surkhi:1 C.Sand) with binding solution of belgiri, gud, gond etc adhesive material beating bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintain proper slope & top finishing etc complete

Providing and fixing the Red Sand Stone (Bijoliya Quarry) flooring with 70 mm ( Avg.) thickness rough chiselled Stone flooring over 20 mm thick bed of mortar 1:1:1( 1 Lime :1 C.Sand : B.Surkhi) Joint finished etc. complete in all respect.

Removal/ taking out the dead weathered/ cracked/ damaged plaster of thickness 25-30mm avg. of wall very carefully and disposal of the unserviceable materials and malba with lead upto 100mtr. and lift upto 3-5 mtr. etc. complete.

Provision for designer plaster to the walls in 30mm avg. thick lime surkhi mortar (1 lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 Coarse sand) as per old traditional practice both in three coat of base course and subsequent course and low temping beating till the shrinkage cracks and making them disappear then the work is done as per original texture and design etc. complete in all respect.

Recess pointing the R.R. Stone masonry wall in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 C. Sand) with colouring pigment for matching with the original texture including raking, cleaning and washing at the joints out etc. complete.

Taking out/removal of existing bulged/damaged sunken R.R. masonry pathway very carefully including sorting out the serviceable material & stacking proper place for reuse & disposal of malba outer side the mahal complex lead up to 150 mtr & stacking them etc. complete

Provision for R.R. stone Masonry in foundation & above plinth with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 ( 1 Lime : 1 B.Surkhi: 1 C.sand ) with 50% new and 50% available stones etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing 50mm thick Bijoliya stone (Un polished) Dustbin size 0.75x 0.75x 0.90 Mtr. In Mahakal Temple complex at different location with moulding and carving complex having top cover 75 mm, bottom 50 mm vertical stone 50 mm with material and labour as per design/ drawing and photograph s attached.

Providing and fixing 100mm thick Bijoliya stone Bench of size 1.50x.60x0.45 mtr. with two vertical support in different location in Mahakal temple complex as per design /drawing and photographs attached

Erection and dismantling of the wooden scaffolding with wooden ballies, challies, etc complete in all respect.
