Providing And Installation of Multi Seater See Saw:- The Multi seater seasaw comprises 4 nos. of FRP seats having thickness 5 mm FRP the lever is consisted of 80 mm i/d GI pipe` B- Class 3.6 mtr. long having four nos. of handles of size 0.30X0.20 mtr.made of 25 mm i/d GI pipe.The stand for seasaw is 50 mm i/d GI pipe B-Class of size 0.75X0.45 Mtr, and connected with lever by means of one no. of specially designed ball bearing system consisting of two numbers ucp 205 casted ball bearing assembly, one no 27mmX150mm long MS solid bearing shaft for smooth movement.The pure polyester powder coating (ovenbaked) done on the pipes extend the life of equipments. All the sharp edges and corner properly grinded to give smooth finishing so that children are not hurt with playing on it. All parts to be treated chemically and treated with the pure polyester powder coating (ovenbaked) with minimum thickness of 40 microns done on the pipes extend the life of equipments. All the makes of GI pipe, angles and nut sand bolts should be ISI make.To be installed in C.C.base of size 30X30X45 cm of concrete mix 1:12:3 as per order by engineer in charge.
