Removing of old unserviceable 3 way locking device complete of Almirah Large steel and S&F new 3 way locking device made to shape & size as required and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing old locks of Almirah steel and S&F new locks of 5 lever with duplicate keys and fixing in proper functional position as original shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Godrej / Harrison /Link/Plaza/Raina/Reena/Bajrang

Removing of existing old unserviceable handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc of Almirah steel and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Taking out existing shelves and refixing in position including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, clips etc for Almirah steel complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of Almirah steel and S&F new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape& size and providing two coats of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of existing old unserviceable shelves of Almirah steel and S&F new shelves made of 1mm thick MS Sheet made to shape by using suitable nuts & bolts and fixing clips and providing two coats of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01)

Removing of existing unserviceable ply top and replacement with new plywood commercial 12mm thick of size 1980 x 900mm. ISI marked with 10 Nos 65mm round head nuts and bolts with washer to the frame as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Greenply/Century/Bhutan Board/ Durian

Repairs to broken mild steel components ( Stiffner and MS Cleat welded to the frame ) of Charpoy hard top with welding complete all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing paint by scrubbing the steel surfaces with emery paper and wire brush so as to make the surface clean and applying black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing old unserviceable rubber shoe of charpoy hard top and S & F new rubber shoe of existing size as specified and directed.

CONVERSION OF GI CHARPOY GI DOUBLE BUNK WITH COTTON NEWAR INTO CHARPOY GI DOUBLE BUNK WITH PLY WOOD TOP (TP)

Removing of unserviceable cotton newar and supply and fixing 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR plywood ISI marked and fixing same with four nos of flat iron strip of size 900 x 32 x 5mm, bolts nuts and washers, bolts of size 5 x 65mm 24 nos round head bolts after drilling three holes of each long rail and drilling two hole on each short rail and one hole in each flat iron complete all as directed including tightening of loose frame/fixing of loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing complete all as per specified and as direction by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fixing of 1st class HW Seasoned teak wood seat planks of size 1525x300x25mm thick for form with back fixed to steel frame with adequate size of GI Screws and removing the existing unserviceable/ broken Seat plank complete all as Specified and shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing of 25 mmx25mm mild steel frame pipe of 1.6mm thick by welding and removing the unserviceable damage mild steel square pipe of from with back where ever required complte all as Specified and shown on drawing.

Removing of old unserviceable rubber shoe of form without back and S&F new rubber shoe of existing size as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of steel surface of Form with of Back by scrubbing and derusting, denting of D-Shaped Portion and applying with one coatof primer and over it two coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (Spray painting) incl prepration of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
