Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type factory assembled diesel driven generating set with silent (acoustic) enclosure with fully wired alternator AC for ambient conditions at Mamun (at site) for 100 KVA continuous rating at 415 volts adjustable at ± 2.5% AC 3 phase, 0.8 power factor, 4 wire, 50 Hz ± 1 %, 1500 rpm directly coupled with suiitable capacity diesel engine liquid coolent based mounted on common base frame placed on & including PCC platform with floor mounted Fuel Tank of adequate capacity with fuel lines, anti vibration pads, standard control and other accessories complete all as specified & directed consisting of following;- (A) Prime Mover (Diesel Engine) : Adequate capacity diesel engine of standard design consisting of direct injection type, four stroke, liquid cooled technology conforming to BS 5514 and IS 10000 suitable for prime duty generating set of minimum 140 BHP @ 1500 RPM with multi cylinders to drive independently alternator and considering derating as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through coupling having overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 Hrs continuous running mounted on base frame with following sailent features and standard accessories for safe handling & operation of engine as under:- (a) The gen set should have capacity to run continously in variable load condition for unlimited hours and should also have a 110% load capacity of 01 hour in every 12 hours of operation. (b) Air System - Inlet & Exhaust comprising (i) Dry-type paper element air Cleaner (ii) Restriction Indicator / Vacuum Indicator (iii) Intake Manifold (iv) Exhaust Manifold (v) Silencer muffler and (vi) Stainless steel Exhaust Flexible coupling (c) Cooling System comprising (i) Radiator to suit ambient conditions (ii) Cooling system piping (iii) Thermostat (iv) Pressure cap (v) Coolant Inhibitor and (vi) Engine Driven Fan. (d) Fuel System comprising (i) Fuel pump -Low pressure type (ii) Injectors (iii) Cartridge paper filters primary and secondary for Fuel. (e) Governor :-Electronic Governor for A1 governing of engine speed from No load to full load. (f) Lub Oil System :- (i) Plate Type lub oil cooler (ii) filters-lubrication oil (g) Fuel Tank :- Draw out type integral fuel tank made of MS sheet (duly painted) of capacity min 100 ltrs or as recommended by manufacturer with level indicator in ltrs, provided with drain plug and air vent / breather and inlet and outlet connection (h) Electric Starting system comprising (i) Electrical starter - 12 Volts (ii) Engine driven battery charging alternator (iii) Cut Out and (iv) One No of 12 volts of 120 AH maintenance free battery with suitable connection terminals and leads for proper battery connection

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 200 Amp 415V 4 pole in sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 bolts CPRI approved, outdoor type, factory made free standing floor mounting, dust and vermin proof cubical type LT panel fabricated from 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with anit corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032) fully compartmentalized design (P-42 PROTECTION) with 4 Nos of bus bars made of aluminium suitable for 400 Amp dully drilled holes for connections pre wired with suitable size of aluminum strip having colour coading sleeve with suitable aluminium earth strips conforming to IS cable entry boxes, cable gland LT panel shall mounted on iron angle frame size minimum (50 x 50 x 6mm), frame with 4 legs not less than 45 cm fixed with nut bolts of suitable size grouted by using foundation 1:2:4 B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregates duly tested as per IEC 61439 complete and all as specified with supply and fixing the following:- (a) Incoming : (i) MCCB 400 Amp 4 pole microprocesser based release with rupture capacity 36 KA digital display with rotar handle - 01 No, (ii) Three indicating lamps (LED Base) for 3 phases, (iii) Bus bar chamber having insulated aluminium bus bar suitable for each phase and neutral, (iv) Chamber of suitable size of incoming cable, (v) Control switch 400 Amps 4 pole on load type 415 bolts - 1 No. (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole ultimate breaking capacity 36 KA conforming to IS : 13947 - 2 complete all as specified - 04 Nos, (ii) MCCB 160 Amp 4 pole ultimate breaking capacity 25 KA conforming to IS : 13947 - 2 complete all as specified - 02 Nos, (iii) MCCB 125 Amp 4 pole ultimate breaking capacity 25 KA conforming to IS : 13947 - 2 complete all as specified - 02 Nos, (iv) Blank space for MCCB any capacity 4 pole complete all as specified - 01 No. Make of MCCB : Legrand / Schinider / L&T

Supply, installation & testing of factory made, CPRI approved AMF panel board indoor type for DG set of 30 KVA capacity made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick totally enclosed, weather dust and vermin proof with front opening, 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity for 3 phase and neutral duly colour coated with coloured heat shrinkable PVC sheelves, Multifunctional digital control relay for AMF operation and display of electrical parameters, manual start/stop facility, Two Nos electrically operated contactor 4 pole, including grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : The panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame size minimum 50x50x6mm with 4 legas not less than 45 cm fixed with nuts bolts of suitable size and grouted using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly tested as per IEC 61439. The rate quoted is inclusive of all those aspects.

Supply , laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 50 sqmm 3.5 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for well burnt bricks , laid flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid]

S&F for GI tubing 80 mm bore light grade laid in trenches/floors/ fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable with necessary fittings and FI clamps duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30cm x 30cm made of RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (Nominal mix) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetables soil to the remaining 10%, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR 2009 compelete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.
