a) Daily labour charges with bonus once in a year for operation, upkeepment of total PLC Based Central Monitoring cum Automation system of Kalyaneswari Water Treatment Plant in continuous on line basis (for 24 hrs. per day) by engaging 2 (Two) Nos. Operator,2 (Two) Nos. electrician and 2 (Two) Nos. of Knowledgeable & experinced personnel (Diploma Engineer) for the operation of the entire Rapid Gravity Filter Bed Operation and sludge removal system in Automatic or Semi-Automatic or manual mode at Filter House of Kalyaneswari Water Treatment Plant as per direction of EIC. (2 Nos. Diploma Engineer and 2 Nos. Electrician to be engaged) b) Deployment of sweeper/cleaner for cleaning of filter house as well as toilets as per direction of EIC.

a) Supervision of Central PLC operated backwash & sludge removal system like all input and output field elements such as Fuses, LED indicating lamps, upper & lower seal of pneumatic actuator, level switch for filter beds, Air Filter with control console, compressor Lub oil, Flow Transmitter, Residual chlorine concentration Analyser, ROF controller, LOF controller, Level Sensor, direction control solenoid Actuated Pneumatic Valves, electrically operated Butterfly Valve including supply and replacement of compressor Lub oil, Fuses, LED indicating Lamps, Upper & Lower seal of pneumatic Actuator, Level Switch for Filter Bed, Proximity Switches, Air Filter for smooth functioning of the entire automation system including trouble shooting, Upkeepment and carrying out preventive maintenance of all Rotating Elements of compressors linear displacement elements (Pneumatic actuators of barrel length 610mm and pneumatic actuator for bed rise operation) including recording of all online data in server data base including printing materials as per requirement & maintaining hard copy of all data as per direction of EIC. b) Supply of necessary cleaning materials to make the filter house hygienically good including toilets.

a) Calibration, testing of renovation rate of flow meter (ROF) for filter water and loss indicator meter (LOH) for filter bed complete with 4 – 20 mA potentiometic transmitter, inspection and calibration of PLC related panel placed at PLC Room, High Lift pump House, Ramnagar pump house, Sludge pump house etc and calibration of flow transmitter, level transmitter, voltage and current transducer by Service Engineer of the Original manufacturer at least once in a month and as and when necessary and submission of test report to Department in each case as per direction of EIC. b) Calibration and Testing of Central PLC Operated High Lift Pump House, Ramnagar Pump House and Sludge Pump House System like all remote input and out put field elements, remote input and output communication, modification of HMI as required, flow transmitter, level transmitter, voltage and current transducers, relay etc. including supply and replacement of relay, voltage transducer, current transducer for smooth functioning of entire automation system including trouble shooting and recording of all online data in server data base and printing materials as per requirement including making hard copy of all data as per direction of EIC.
