Erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. All types of clamps, stone pad, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Erection of stay set with stay wire, stay clamp & stay insulator including with grouting of stay set by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO norms before back fitting of the pits including binding, climbing, clamping, tightening and nozzeling of stay wire in all respect as per RESSPO norms. All clamps, nuts, bolts, stay insulator, cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor.

Concreting of supports at the time of erection of pole in 1:4:8 concrete ratio from bottom of pole to ground level and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, sand & coarse aggregate in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing. All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from Double pole upto the gentry at 220 KV substation / 33KV substation including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Guarding of HT/LT/Telephone Line/ Road/River Crossing etc. by providing G.S Earth wire 7/16 SWG/GI wire No. 8/10 and making net with difference of 1.00 Mtr. Completely including fixing of channel/angle etc. with proper locking at each support as per RESSPO norms. All type nut &bolts, would be given by the contractor.

Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete the job.

Fixing of danger board, Number plate on each location and G.I barbed wire including proper clamping and providing anti climbing device by using including supply of the above items.

Laying of double circuit 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1500 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. The two cables should be seprated by a partition of single bricks (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole with MS pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts (All type of material will be provided by the firm).

Fixing of 33 KV O/D or I/D (provided by Department)

Fixing of Cable route marker (provided by firm).

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.

Part B- 33 KV Water Treatment Plant Line by panther conductor on F.S foundation. Garra River Crossing Through 02 Nos. 132KV (C-type) Towers Work will be supervised by UPPTCL officer as per UPPTCL Norms & design.

Check survey & final peg marking. Including marking of location as per profile and Provide Final Tower Profile & Schedule include Co Ordinate of tower of above 132KV Transmission Line

Laying, stringing, tensioning ,clamping, jointing etc. of 7/10SWG type earth wire including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories on 132KV Line.

Properly Grouting/Fixing/Jointing Pipe Type Earthing strip and Earthing Rod in Section Tower as per Norms of different 132KV Line including cost of all required material such as Coal, Salt ,T&P, Labour and Carriage arrange by the contractor. Only Earthing Set will be provided by the department free of cost.

Tack welding of all bolts & nuts up to the height of one section of the Tower or Five Meter from ground level whichever is higher .
