Taking out mud/foreign materials from static water tanks including pumping out the left over water. Removal of taken out sand/mud/foreign materials from site and depositing off in to near by nallahs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of all existing treatment of internal surface of water storage reservoirs/ channels etc mechanically scarifying the surface for receiving the epoxy. The surface shall be made free from grease, oil dirt color coating or any other surface coating. Surface shall be free from cement laitance and shall achieve open textured surface.The weak/loose concrete/cement plaster shall be removed and surface defects such as below and voids must be fully exposed all the dust, loose and freeable materials shall completely be removed preferable with brush/ vacuum cleaner before laying of the coating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

PRESSURE GROUTING IN THE HONEY COMBED CONCRETE M&L for providing and fixing grouting nozzles and injecting Sikadur 52 or equivalent in Fosroc/BASF, a high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the concrete mass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per instructions of manufacturer. The process shall consist of :- 1. Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural member at the intervals as per recommendation of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. 3. Fixing of Nozzles: Insert 12mm dia, 50-75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes structural grade epoxy adhesive. 4. Supply and apply a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout. 5. Cutting of Packers/Nozzles: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Note: All work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

EPOXY INJECTION GROUTING M&L for making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extent of crack present at site over cracked line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per instructions of manufacturer. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column to be repaired. Note: All work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for sealing of exposed ‘V’ groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent in Dr. Fixit/STP, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic , two part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface levelling mortor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per instructions of manufacturer. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for applying of Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent in Fosroc/BASF, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for portable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM. The thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per instructions of manufacturer.

M&L for applying three coats of Sikagard 67 or equivalent in Fosroc/BASF, water based epoxy coating certified for portable water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. The coating shall be applied using roller brush application as per instructions of manufacturer. Note: All work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on RCC wall surfaces mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed ( WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with old size sub class ‘B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth/ hard standing and the like including necessary formwork, laid in alternate bays as directed including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal( XPM) whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Sch of Credit = 700.00

Note: In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.
