Construction of of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, gradding to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of table 300-2 with lead up to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (i) Private Land .

Construction of Granular sub- base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in a place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 (ii) For Grading-II Material.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to prpper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading -III as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing & laying of interlocking concrete block pavement M-30) having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1504 (a) Including Edge block/ Edge Restrains.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign board as per IRC: 67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in fornt and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47 mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete (450x450x600)mm,600 mm below ground level as per approved drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1701.2.2 . (i) 600 mm circular.

The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by47mmx47mmof 12SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove Enameled on both sides, Lettering and painting arrows, border etc. will be painted with bready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All Sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per Drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1.
