C/O road from Dakoli Shheila Rewathi to Khoka km. 0/0 to 11/35

Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damages to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side .Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) .All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines ,grades, sides slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirement of MoRD technical specification for Rural Road, Section. 300 & 1600 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. During the mobilisation period, contractor should take the advanced x-sec in 15 m interval of whole road length in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. In case the advanced x-sec has been taken in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge representative, in that case the same has to be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer in-charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones ,whether useful or 25554.34 (Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Four Point Thirty Four ) cubic metre at the rate of Rs 300/-only (Rupees three hundred only ) per cubic meter shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor ,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-10 (1:3:6 Nominal mix) with 20mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1300 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in sub structure grade M-15 (1:2:4) Nominal Mix with 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water de-watering removal of slush as required at site, which may arises at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work in parapets and toe wall etcetra as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 305.3.9 earth filling and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC grade M-15 (M- fifteen) Nominal Mix with cement contents not less than 275kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram per cubic metre) with aggregate 40mm(forty millimeter) nominaal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation and plinths or similar works MoRD technical specification section 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in foundation using grade M-20 ( M-Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 350 kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical section 800, 900 and 1200 and 1600 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block and dirt wall etcetra and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900, 1000, 1400 and 1600 using Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 Kgs(Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete grade M-30(Thirty) design mix with cement contents not less than 430 Kgs(Four hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900, 1000, 1400 and 1600 in wearing course including the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work and carriage of materials within all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in- Charge . Providing and Laying reinforced cement concrete pipe IS (Indian Standard ) class NP3 (Non Pressure-three) of 1000 (One thousand) milimetre internal dia metre for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement is to two sand ) but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and MoRD technical specifications section 1100 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in Sub-structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications.section 1000 and 1200 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer- in- Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) Kn static roller for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. as per direction of Engieer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with in all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 1st layer Bio enzyme (100 mm) based soil stablised layer to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 5% and treating it with TerraZyme in the ratio 1L for 12.5 cum soil , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification incl all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Terra Zyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . Terra Zyme Supervisor accommodation, food and local transport will be in scope of Contractor. The soil will have clay percentage by hydrometry between 8% to 30%, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 2nd layer Bio enzyme (100 mm) based soil stablised layer to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 6% and treating it with TerraZyme in the ratio 1L for 15.0 cum soil with 25% 40mm crusher broken metal(of compacted thickness) in desing mix, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification incl all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by TerraZyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . TerraZyme Supervisor accommodation, food and local transport will be in scope of Contractor.The soil will have clay % by hydrometry between 8% to 30% , including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Applying of curing material TerraCure after the application of Terra Zyme layer for by mixing Terra Cure with water in the ratio of 1:200 and then applying the mixed solution @ 3 Litres for 1 sq.mt as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam (75mm) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate 1.00 Kg. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding .Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 Kg (Zero decimal two five zero kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology nanotac @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per MORD technical specification section 500, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royalty, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded Mix Seal Surfacing surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) @ 0.338 kg/per ten square meter aggregates using penetration grade bitumen @ ie binders content @27.50kg/10sqm or 5.11% by weight and minimun density of MSS should be 2.10 gm/cc to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire saisfication of the Engineer in Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall and retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Section 1200 &1600 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia galvanized mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1400 and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides.
