Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; confirming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165), also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded aggregate, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consoildation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, any shape and size, of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, confirming to IS 15658-2006, fixed with grey cement & pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors (over plinth protection) with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel post or struts, any section, embedded in concrete/ brick work/ masonry including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing TMT bars mild steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for stiffner of chainlink fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing with 3mm dia galvanised steel wire, size of mesh 75mm x 75mm, weight exc 2.0 kg per sqm but n.exc 2.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing with 3mm dia galvanised steel wire, size of mesh 75mm x 75mm, weight exc 2.0 kg per sqm but n.exc 2.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar for ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved shade over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding in repairs n. exc. 2.5 cm in length on metal of thickness exc. 6mm but n. exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.
