Strengthening of Road (Resurfacing of Damaged Bitumen and C.C. Roads in A, B, C, Block Sector-22) Noida

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing & Laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 % by weight of total mix & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandam rollers to achieve the desired compacetion as per MORTH specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing & Laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type Hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 % of mix & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandam rollers to achieve the desired compacetion as per MORTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification).40 mm thick

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed malerial by tipper to work site.for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform Layers of specified thickness with mortor on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired, density complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in -charge.with Material conforming to grade-II (size range 53mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with lime sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
